He has co-founded and served on the board of ventures including Desi Farms, a farm-to-fork daily essentials brand, Spindas, a social network for food enthusiasts, and NOQ, a mobile-based POS platform. Over his entrepreneurial journey, he has successfully built and scaled businesses with a combined valuation of approximately USD 15 million, bringing deep expertise in business strategy, growth, operations, and fundraising.

A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by qualification, Sujay leads the financial and compliance advisory practice at Fuelling Rockets. He has extensive experience in fundraising, financial structuring, due diligence, company law, ESOP design, shareholder agreements, and founder structuring. His expertise enables businesses to navigate complex financial and legal frameworks while building strong foundations for growth, investment readiness, and long-term value creation.

An alumnus of IIM Calcutta, Amit brings over 19 years of experience advising C-suite executives and leading transformation initiatives across India, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and the Philippines. His expertise spans digital transformation, retail transformation, business strategy, growth planning, and change management. He is also the Co-Founder of Radiate Labs, a product development company behind platforms such as Spindas, NOQ, and Hastkala, combining corporate leadership with entrepreneurial execution.
